MMOSITE.COM: Hello, I m Seal Danpier from MMOSITE, nice to chat with you. The closed beta test of 2Moons ended on March 7, 2007 and due to your DNA policy, there s not much information available related to 2Moons. So, would you mind sharing with us some details about your CBT? Like how many testers participated in the CBT, what about the feedback from the testers, what have you been busy with after the CBT completed, etc?

DeMaria: Our Closed Beta had about 15,000 invited players, all from our invitation list. We were quite satisfied with the Closed Beta, even though we could see that there was still work to be done. Our main goal was to test game play, consistency and stability, and the game passed all our tests and met our expectations. We identified a few areas for improvement and went to work on them. We also conducted a survey and polled our forums to identify areas that the players liked and didn t like. We are working to make changes while simultaneously adding new features to the game, such as the siege battles, the cash shop and the upcoming Dead Front event.

Dead Front, in particular, is exciting because it will involve up to four full parties in a very challenging instanced dungeon, with cooperative and competitive requirements, time pressure, and ultimately a free-for-all PvP battle to the death!

MMOSITE.COM: 2Moons has been silent for about four months. You claimed that the closed beta testing phase was successfully completed. But why do you delay the open beta for so long time? What were your considerations?

DeMaria: We had several issues that needed to be worked out with our Korean partners, GameHi. We decided mutually to set up a team in the U.S. to handle the game technically from here, which took some time. At the same time, GameHi was working on new features, new areas and several improvements to the game that we all thought would excite our players. We think the results are worth the wait.
