well, there are like hundreds of anime style mmorpgs out there... so I will just give u my top 3 list ^^ not including those that are old and popular like RO and maplestory, so just the newer ones
first is DOMO - Dream of Mirror online cute 3D cell-shaded graphics, tons stuff to do and many ways you can build your character unlike more other anime mmorpgs that all u do is grind..
2nd is Lunia - cute 3D cell-shaded graphics, but not your regular mmorpg it's an action arcade mmorpg, which means you create your own combos by button mashing keys in sequence
3rd seal online - very popular in Asia, cute 3D cell-shaded graphics great customizations
others anime style mmorpgs: Flyff, tales of pirate, scions of fate...
