So I tried searching for it everywhere and cannot find anything on a Aion free trial. I could have sworn when I was at my friends house earlier checking out his copy of Aion (I am very picky before going out and paying for a new game, especially mmorpg) that on the aion webpage it said free trial. Now I cannot find anything on it. If someone could either tell me if this was just a figment of my imagination and I imagined the free trial link or if someone could link me to the free trial download.

Nope, as the servers are already extremely overloaded and ncsoft isnt producing any more copies until the server park is upgraded - you simply won't see any free trials in many months to come. But if you look around the various net shops you would probably find a good price to buy it and try it that way. Trust me it's definately worth a try :)
